Where are you located? 

We are located in Cheshire, UK 

 

Do you ship internationally? 

No unfortunately not at the moment. We only ship to England, Wales and Scotland.

Are your products only suitable for bunnies? 

They are suitable for most of furry friends including bunnies, guinea pigs & hamsters. 

 

Orders

How long is the processing time? 

We aim to process your order within 2/3 working days. 

Please allow extra time during peak seasons, such as Christmas. 

I've forgot something on my order, what do I do?

Please send us a message as soon as you can, we are able to add items onto your order if it hasn't been sent yet. 

Please can I customise my order? 

We are happy to customise orders where required. For example if your bunny prefers not to have a certain forage included. Please message your requests. 

 

Delivery 

 

How long is delivery?

Once your order has been baked and packed, it will take a maximum of 2/3 working days to reach you. 

Which courier service do you use? 

We use Hermes, now known as Evri.

Will my delivery be tracked?

Yes all deliveries are sent tracked, you will receive your tracking once your order has been sent.
